Camdenton R-III School District 

The Camdenton R-III School District has a proud and long-standing tradition of excellence in the state of Missouri and has received numerous local, state, and national awards of distinction for the achievements of the community, students, and teachers. The school district is nestled in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks, one of Missouri's top tourist regions, and students benefit from the diversity and uniqueness of the beautiful lake region. The Camdenton R-III School District has a student population of over 4,200 students with nine school facilities on three campuses employing over 300 teachers and over 600 employees. School of the Osage

 

School of the Osage, a progressive and growing school system, draws its name from the nearby Osage River and the Native American people who once lived in the area.  The school has consistently been rated as “Accredited with Distinction in Performance” by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. This is the state’s highest level of Accreditation.  The Board of Education has twice in the past two years been nominated by the Missouri School Boards Association for Board of the Year consideration.  The district enrollment of over 1,800 includes a K-2 elementary, upper elementary (3-5), middle school (6-8) and high school. The schools and students of School of the Osage have received numerous awards in athletic, academic, and music competitions and have received local, state, and national awards of distinction for the achievements of students and faculty.
