A Huge Concert Venue Close To Home

Lake of the Ozarks residents no longer have to travel very far to get an incredible outdoor amphitheater concert experience.  Just a few minutes from Mission Bay's Camdenton lakefront development is the newly re-opened Ozarks Amphitheater.  It has an impressive lineup of talent scheduled for the 2015 season.

The Ozarks Amphitheater is an open-air performance venue.  It has the ability to hold giant-sized concerts with its more than 10,000 seats with additional lawn seating of up to 3,000.  It originally opened in 1993 and was known as the Stoneridge amphitheater for many years.  Some of the famous acts that have performed there in the past are the Charlie Daniel's Band, Foreigner, REO Speedwagon, Miranda Lambert, Blues Traveller, and Willie Nelson.

You may not bring in your own food and beverages to the amphitheater, but there are plenty of vendors on site.  Varieties include BBQ, hot dogs, pretzels, nachos, soda, water, beer, wine, liquor, and more.

You can find details about each of the bands plus the amphitheater itself at:
