Meet Kevin Winters, New Real Estate Listing Agent for Mission Bay

Mission Bay is excited to announce the addition of Kevin Winters to our Team.  Kevin is the NEW Real Estate Listing Agent and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He has been a long term resident of the Lake and has 30+ years experience in the Real Estate Industry.

Experience:

• 1978:  Obtained Missouri Real Estate Broker license.
• 1980:  Opened his first real estate office, Winters Real Estate
• 1985:  Purchased Century 21 franchise and became President of Mineral Area Board of Realtors
• 1994:  Purchased second Century 21 franchise
• 1995:  Awarded "Realtor of the Year" by Mineral Area Board of Realtors
• 1996:  Sold both Century 21 offices, moved to the Lake of the Ozarks and became Co-Owner /Broker of RE/MAX  Portside, Camdenton, MO
• 1999:  President, Lake of the Ozarks Board of Realtors
• 2000:  Awarded "Realtor of the Year", Lake of the Ozarks Board of Realtors
• 2005:  RE/MAX Hall of Fame
• 2008:  Moved to RE/MAX Lake of the Ozarks, Osage Beach, MO
• 2010:  Moved to RE/MAX at the Lake, Greenview office as Managing Partner

Education:

• 1972:  Graduate Central High School, Flat River, MO
• 1972-1975:  Attended Mineral Area College, Business Major
• 2001:  Received Accredited Buyer Representation designation (ABR)
• 2002:  Received Graduate of Realtor Institute designation (GRI)

Interests: Boating at the Lake, vacations in Mexico, sports and antiques.
